About the Role

Cybryne is a Data & AI consulting company helping businesses modernize their data stack, automate reporting, and implement intelligent analytics.

We're hiring a Senior Business Development Executive (Outbound) to generate meetings through cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling using tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and CRM. You'll own outbound from prospecting to booking qualified meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Launch and manage outbound sequences using Apollo (email + LinkedIn)
  • Call cold and warm leads to qualify and book meetings
  • Personalize outreach, follow up, and handle objections
  • Maintain CRM, track pipeline, and report outreach outcomes
  • Collaborate with team to move deals toward closure

Requirements

  • 25 years of B2B outbound sales (SaaS, IT, services preferred)
  • Experience using Apollo, Instantly, or similar outbound tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong in cold calling and email/LinkedIn outreach
  • Self-driven and performance-focused
  • Experience selling to international markets

Compensation & Work

  • CTC: 46 LPA + uncapped performance-based incentives
  • Work mode: Remote

We expect you to take full ownership of your pipeline and book qualified meetings consistently not just send messages.
