We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive corporate sales, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The candidate should have strong communication skills, corporate sales exposure, and the ability to independently handle client acquisition and closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and market research
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for gifting and branding solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and client engagement activities
- Coordinate with sourcing, operations, and accounts teams for smooth order processing
- Update sales activities, leads, and client status in CRM/ERP systems
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales/business development
- Experience in corporate gifting, advertising, branding, printing, or promotional industry preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and client handling abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings
