Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive corporate sales, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The candidate should have strong communication skills, corporate sales exposure, and the ability to independently handle client acquisition and closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and market research
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients for gifting and branding solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and client engagement activities
  • Coordinate with sourcing, operations, and accounts teams for smooth order processing
  • Update sales activities, leads, and client status in CRM/ERP systems
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales/business development
  • Experience in corporate gifting, advertising, branding, printing, or promotional industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation and client handling abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Existing corporate network in Hyderabad market will be an added advantage
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
  • Professional and presentable personality
