About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with proven experience in a marketing agency environment. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing the sales pipeline, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.

  • Client Acquisition: Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients and convert qualified leads into customers.

  • Requirement Understanding: Understand client business goals and propose customized digital marketing solutions.

  • Proposal & Pitch Deck Creation: Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client needs.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and successfully close deals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with marketing, performance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.

  • Reporting: Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights with leadership.

Must Have Skills

  • Business Development: Strong experience in selling digital marketing services.

  • Lead Generation: Expertise in outbound sales, cold outreach, and follow-ups.

  • Sales Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals effectively.

  • Proposal Writing: Skilled in creating impactful proposals and pitch decks.

  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.

Digital Marketing Knowledge

  • Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, performance marketing, social media, paid ads, and branding.

  • Ability to articulate digital solutions confidently to clients.

Analytical & Strategic Skills

  • Ability to analyze client requirements and align solutions accordingly.

  • Strategic mindset to identify long-term business opportunities.

Qualification & Other Details

  • Graduation (any stream)

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive

  • Mandatory experience in a Marketing Agency

  • Immediate or short notice period preferred

  • Location-Nagpur(On-Site)
