Advit Ventures is a unique and focused enterprise based in New Delhi that specializes in Renewable Energy Consultancy and EPC. Future endeavors include setting up of Solar parks in various states, Energy Trading, Renewable Energy Certificates Trading, Carbon Credit Trading etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Business Development Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with new business development, lead generation, business communication, account management, and sales outreach. The role will involve building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, preparing and presenting proposals, creating and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the technology or renewable energy industries and a strong understanding of the relevant market trends and dynamics
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • An MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Incentive-driven professional, confident of delivering business results

Experience:

  • Worked in Business Development for Solar Business (first preferable)
  • Worked in Business Development for Industrial B2B sales (second preferable)
  • New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Expected deliverable by the candidate (KRAs):

  • Capable of handing business closures of minimum 1 crore per month.
  • Capable of grooming and mentoring the junior sales team in order to handle and mature lead base of 200-300 per month.
