Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive who specializes in B2B LinkedIn lead generation and closing mid-to-large deals. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, handling complex client discussions, and closing high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, outreach, prospecting)
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Handle Tier 23 deals (mid-to-large value accounts)
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Mentor junior sales team members when required

Requirements

  • 57+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn B2B lead generation
  • Proven experience closing mid-to-large value deals
  • Experience in professional services, SaaS, or financial services preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
