Business Development Associate | BDA / Sr.BDA
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Work Mode: WFH (1st month only) | Work From Office
As a BDA(EdTech) you are reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech-landscape. Following up with existing prospects. Above all, a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- EdTech / B2C sales exposure preferred
- Clear experience with targets, revenue & monthly numbers
- Strong communication skills with confident conversation flow
- Consultative selling approach and customer-handling skills
- Confident in objection handling and pitch flow
- Ownership mindset towards numbers and outcomes
- Consistent performance or stability in previous roles preferred
- Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment
- Freshers considered only if they show strong sales intent, high energy & learning mindset
Requirements:
- 1-6 years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services
- Graduate degree in any stream. Preferred stream - B.Tech
- Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills
- A passion for sales and target achievement
- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ
Good-to-Have
- Expertise in K12 and above domain
- Folks with proficiency in handling Tech product
- Handled a ticket size >50K is an added advantage
