This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Associate based in Bengaluru South. The role involves driving lead generation strategies, conducting market research, building client relationships, and delivering impactful presentations to promote Topmate's offerings. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and support the growth of the company's user base. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic thinking, proactive outreach, and clear communication with potential partners and clients.

• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
• Proven experience in lead generation and effective communication with potential clients
• Proficiency in conducting market research and understanding market trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture relationships
