Position: Senior Business Development Associate

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Preferred: B.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, or M.Tech
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and consult with potential learners to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable Scaler programs
Qualify leads and manage the entire sales funnel to drive high-quality conversions
Follow up regularly to build trust and communicate value proposition
Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets through a consultative sales approach
Core Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent customer engagement and consultative selling skills
CRM knowledge (LeadSquared preferred, not mandatory)
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in K-12+ or higher education domains
Exposure to tech-based learning products
Proven success in handling high-ticket sales (50K+)
