Role Description

The Senior Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to foster growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, engaging with stakeholders to explore business prospects, negotiating partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Buffalo, NY. The individual will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement business development plans that align with company goals.

  • Strong knowledge of Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Networking
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
