This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru South. The Senior Business Development Associate will lead initiatives for generating new business opportunities, identify and analyze market trends, and conduct thorough market research to strategize growth. They will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling presentations, building client relationships, and effectively communicating Crio's value proposition to key stakeholders.

• Strong Presentation Skills and experience in creating impactful Presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to convey ideas confidently
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships
• Proactive approach and ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in business development or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is desirable
