Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Business Development Associate. The primary responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities and leads, creating and delivering impactful presentations to potential clients, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. The associate will also collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals and represent the organization in client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver effective presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Exceptional Communication skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with teams
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute business strategies
• Familiarity with the EdTech industry and prior experience in business development roles are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
