This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Associate located in Rohini, Delhi. The role involves conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, generating new business leads, and delivering impactful presentations. Responsibilities also include fostering relationships with potential partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing towards achieving organizational business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and help position Aimlay as a trusted name in education and professional development.

• Proven Presentation Skills and ability to deliver impactful Presentations to diverse audiences
• Experience in Lead Generation and a strong track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Proficiency in Market Research to gather insights, assess opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic business needs
• Experience in the education sector or business development role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
