We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to lead learner acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves engaging with high-intent prospects, delivering consultative counselling, and consistently closing high-value deals in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and working professionals via calls, video calls, and virtual counselling sessions
- Understand career goals and recommend the most suitable programs through a consultative sales approach
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification → counselling → negotiation → closure
- Handle high-ticket sales conversions and drive revenue growth
- Follow up on warm leads generated via marketing campaigns
- Maintain detailed records and sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Mentor junior team members (BDAs) and share best practices (if required)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales / business development / EdTech sales / high-ticket sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
- Familiarity with CRM tools
