Opening for BD team for a leading PR Agency - Business Development:
NEW HIRE #1 SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)
(Cold Calling + Top-of-Funnel)
They do NOT strategize or pitch. Their sole job: FILL the funnel.
MUST-DO
1. High-Volume Calling
Make 50100 cold calls/day across curated lists (provided by Isha/Sharan).
Follow BD call scripts for: Intro to Company,
Basic qualification
Interest check
Booking first call with our exiting BDE
2. Lead Data Capture
Update Excel after every call: name, designation, company, status, notes.
Zero data-loss policy.
3. Lead Follow-Up
Call back warm leads + re-engage left hanging inquiries.
4. Campaign Execution - Run calling sprints for targeted sectors: D2C
Education : BFSI , Wellness
SHOULD-DO
1. Script Optimization
Provide feedback on call script performance.
2. Email Outreach Support
Send follow-up emails using templates provided by Isha.
3. Basic Prospecting
Identify new companies fitting Ideal Client Persona (under direction).
Add them to call lists.
COULD-DO
1. WhatsApp Messaging Support
For warm leads only (no spamming).
NICE-TO-HAVE
1. Assist at Events
Help gather leads at expos, mixers (optional, not mandatory).
