Job Description

Position Summary

Drive operational excellence and data-driven decision making across APAC sites through performance monitoring, analysis, and technology management. Combine analytical expertise with project coordination to optimize account performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Have a good understanding of the Real Estate Market and come up with Strategies to support the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

Monitor KPIs across APAC sites, track operational metrics, and provide regular performance updates to leadership. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

Business Analysis & Data Visualization

Conduct business analysis and create analytical reports on operational trends and efficiency opportunities. Design interactive dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.

Database Management

Maintain databases ensuring data integrity and security compliance. Implement quality controls and validation processes for accurate information

Project Coordination

Lead digitization projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with JLL SMEs and technical teams to deliver technology solutions.

Program Management

Oversee account programs, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements. Collaborate with Dell program leads and key stakeholders. Monitor performance metrics and provide executive reporting on program status and outcomes.

Strategy

Work with various business group to formulate long term strategy and portfolio consolidations for India Market through Data analysis and market research. Leverage off market and JLL market knowledge on the strategy aspects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in performance management, business analysis, or operations
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Experience with work order management systems (preferably Corrigo)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Project coordination experience
  • Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Facilities management or commercial real estate experience
  • Automation tools (Power Automate and similar) and workflow optimization experience
  • SQL & Python programming skills
