Role Description
Unified Infotech is looking for Business Analysts who are focused on brainstorming, gathering, and documenting requirements to help build mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working closely with clients and development teams.
You will play a critical role in owning project requirements and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with clients, developers, QA teams, and project managers to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business owners and subject matter experts.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Review requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment on usability, performance, and feasibility.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process or system improvements.
- Create basic wireframes and flow diagrams to support product understanding.
- Conduct research on data sources, reporting formats, and data flows required for system implementation.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Support project planning, progress tracking, and reporting activities.
- Participate in testing and functional validation to ensure the developed solution meets business requirements.
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies during BA review and testing phases.
- Ensure proper communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Desired Experience
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer.
- Experience working on web and mobile application projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
