Senior Business Analyst

What you ll do:

• Act as the primary Business Analyst for assigned client engagements, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation including BRDs, FRS, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Analyse existing business processes, perform gap analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement or automation.
• Work closely with consulting, product, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
• Support enterprise data initiatives by collaborating with technical teams on data migration, integration, and data validation activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarifications with delivery teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating solutions against business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Prepare process documentation, presentations, and reports to communicate insights, recommendations, and project progress to internal teams and clients.

What we seek in you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 45 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Experience interacting with enterprise clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA/Azure DevOps, and process modelling tools.
