What we are looking for

Role: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Experience Required: 25 years

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery and implementation of Kenverse solutions. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements, translate them into clear functional specifications, and ensure seamless execution across the implementation lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and support teams to ensure timely delivery, minimize risks, and align solutions with customer expectationsdriving high-quality implementations and measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead or support end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Gather and document functional requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud, etc.) to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support testing, training, and user adoption to ensure successful implementation.
• Drive client engagement by presenting solutions, conducting workshops, and providing strategic recommendations

Our Ideal Candidate

Experience

• 25 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM implementation.
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise SaaS projects is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud/ Education Cloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform-level Configurations.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data migration.

Business & Consulting Skills

• Strong requirement gathering and business analysis skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin / Consultant).
• Exposure to industries like Edtech, CRM
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
