Job Summary:

We are seeking three experienced Senior Business Analysts to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our CRM, Sales, and Marketing initiatives by gathering requirements and translating complex business needs into effective functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement within Sales and Marketing domains.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure clear communication with technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and document processes and user stories.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess data and provide insights that drive decision-making and strategy development.
• Monitor project implementation and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM, Sales, and Marketing domains.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their application in business process management.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in creating documentation, such as user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
