We're hiring Senior Business Analyst in Noida, India

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, client engagement, and technology project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong gaming-domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience coordinating with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and business-process reviews to understand objectives, pain points, and expected outcomes.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, use cases, data mappings, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Document current-state and future-state processes and manage changes, assumptions, dependencies, risks, priorities, and approvals throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Analyze gaming processes involving casino management, player tracking, loyalty, rewards, promotions, slot and table games, cashless gaming, credit, markers, cage operations, responsible gaming, and reporting.
• Support functional requirements for integrations among casino platforms, hotel systems, CRM, POS, kiosks, mobile applications, payment systems, identity platforms, and analytics solutions.
• Lead client meetings, demonstrations, walkthroughs, decision discussions, and UAT sessions and ensure decisions and action items are clearly documented.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, status reports, executive updates, decision logs, process diagrams, and functional presentations.
• Coordinate backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, defect clarification, retesting, business sign-off, production validation, and post-release stabilization.
• Proactively communicate scope changes, risks, dependencies, delays, unresolved issues, and required client decisions.
• Build strong working relationships with business users, product teams, architects, developers, QA, project managers, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, process analysis, stakeholder management, UAT, and Agile delivery.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, SQL, data mapping, reporting, and enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and related documentation and collaboration tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and client-coordination skills.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Gaming Domain Requirements

• Strong experience in casino gaming, hospitality gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or gaming technology.
• Knowledge of player tracking, loyalty, promotions, gaming operations, casino transactions, cashless gaming, casino credit, responsible gaming, and regulatory reporting.
• Understanding of gaming transaction integrity, auditability, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with major casino management or gaming platforms is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting regulated gaming customers and onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Knowledge of CRM, hotel property management, payment, loyalty, mobile, kiosk, reporting, or analytics platforms.
• Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, or project-management certification.
