About The Role
As a
Business Analyst in the
Delivery and Change Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business requirements for changes to processes, policies, and information systems. You will play a key role in driving the project's analytical approach and ensuring continuous improvement in analysis quality and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying and understanding business problems and assessing the impact of proposed solutions on operations.
- Establishing and managing the business analysis approach, estimates, and inputs to project planning and scheduling.
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements using structured analysis techniques.
- Producing high-quality Business Analyst artefacts, including process maps, requirement documents, and traceability matrices.
- Actively managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying and escalating risks and issues while adhering to change control and requirements management processes.
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with business partners and project teams.
- Supporting delivery implementation and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Developing and executing test plans to validate requirements.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Delivery and Change CoE, focusing on people, processes, and tools.
Key Skills
- 4+ years of in-depth experience as a Business Analyst, across both Agile and traditional methodologies.
- Strong banking domain experience.
- Proven expertise in eliciting, analysing, and validating business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in current state and target state process mapping, including end-to-end business process modelling.
- Proficiency with Signavio (or similar) process mapping tools.
- Experience in data-driven environments, with the ability to interpret data insights and trends.
- Strong experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data migration.
- Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines, and documentation standards.
- Ability to work independently on complex tasks while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
