Job Description

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a BA in the relevant specialization.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Retail banking, Remittances & Payments.
  • Prior experience in mobile banking or wallet platform implementations.
  • Core Banking (T24 R18) knowledge is beneficial. Classification: PrivateFAB HR_Staff data
  • Strong knowledge of Software Engineering Methodologies
  • Extensive experience with data visualization
  • Extensive Experience in business change through analytical skills
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
  • Experience in meaningful business impact through analytical prowess
  • Highly experienced of Agile product ownership practices

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent degree
  • Banking experience is mandatory preferably from Retail Banking background
  • Agile or Business Analysis certification is desired.
