Title: Business Analyst and Scrum Master Veeva QMS

Total Experience: 8 10 years

Location: Pan India (LTM)

Employment Type: Fulltime

Experience in LS domain, especially on Veeva.

We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented Business Analyst and Scrum Master to lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Veeva Quality Management System QMS This hybrid role requires a blend of analytical technical and agile leadership skills to drive digital transformation and quality excellence within our organisation

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyse and document business requirements for Veeva QMS implementation and enhancements

2Work closely with stakeholders across Quality Regulatory IT and other business units to understand needs and translate them into system functionalities

3Prepare detailed process maps user stories and functional specifications

4Work with Business Partners to groom all requirements and do Impact Analysis along with story pointing including defining solutions bringing in industry best practices were necessary

5Support system configuration testing UAT and validation activities ensuring compliance with GxP and industry standards

6Facilitate change management and user training acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams

7Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives for the agreed Requirement Backlog items for the Veeva QMS project team

8Create and manage User Stories in JIRA with Description and Acceptance Criteria for the prioritized Requirements

9Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement

10Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals

11Track and report on team performance metrics sprint progress and backlog health

12Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine backlog items ensuring alignment with business objectives

13Build strong relationships with internal business partners and external vendors including Veeva

14Communicate project status risks and issues to leadership and stakeholders

15Ensure timely resolution of queries and effective escalation management

16Ensure all Veeva QMS deployments and changes adhere to regulatory compliance standards GxP FDA EMA etc

17Support audits inspections and documentation as required

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in science engineering information technology business or related field

3 years experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master preferably within pharmaceutical medical device or life sciences industries

Handson experience with Veeva QMS or similar quality management systems is highly desirable

Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent agile certification preferred

Strong understanding of GxP regulations validation principles and quality processes

Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills

Proven ability to work effectively in global teams

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques process mapping requirements gathering user stories

Expertise in agile project management and Scrum framework

Familiarity with Veeva QMS configuration and administration

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
