Key Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and desired outcomes from the project.
- Conduct workshops and analyse existing documentation to elicit and document detailed requirements.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and provide updates on the progress of the project.
Business Process Analysis:
- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Analyse workflows, data flows, and dependencies to optimize business operations.
Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, API/Interface documentation and integration guides.
- Ensure these documents serve as references for developers, testers and other stakeholders.
Web development, API and Database Integration:
- Strong Conceptual understanding of web development concepts, API and SQL.
Use Case Analysis:
- Identify and analyse use cases for the Application, API to understand how it will be utilized by different systems, applications, or external parties.
- Determine functional requirements and integration points to ensure seamless interoperability.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and ensure the systems meet business requirements and expectations.
Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide support during the post-implementation phase, address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate continuous improvement of the system based on user feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong Conceptual understanding of Web Development technologies, SQL and API specifications, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
