We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, solution definition and delivery for a program. This role is accountable for translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, shaping the product backlog, and enabling phased delivery through well-structured documentation and stakeholder alignment. Primary Responsibilities Discovery & Solution Definition
- Lead business discovery for new markets, business units, and integration scenarios.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping and gap analysis.
- Document As-Is / To-Be processes, data flows, system interactions, dependencies and integration touchpoints. Backlog Ownership & Delivery Enablement
- Translate requirements into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Own and refine a structured JIRA/Azure DevOps backlog, including: o Story prioritization o Sprint allocation o Dependency mapping o Release planning for phased delivery
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, Solution Architects and Development leads to ensure consistent alignment to timelines, scope and integration strategy. Documentation & Governance
- Maintain all project documentation on Confluence including: o Functional requirements o Technical specifications o Integration contracts
