Job Description:
- Gather and document business and functional/technical requirements.
- Perform business process analysis, mapping, and gap analysis.
- Utilize JIRA extensively for managing requirements, test scripts, and user stories, with proficiency in using JIRA's Xray plugin for test management.
- Prepare and maintain detailed business process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and testing teams, to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Support GxP applications and ensure compliance with GxP standards.
- Manage the Change Management process for GxP applications.
- Coordinate project status meetings with stakeholders and track project-related issues to resolution.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong skills in using JIRA, including familiarity with JIRA's Xray plugin for test management.
- Hands-on experience with supporting GxP applications and managing GxP-related Change Management processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with IT/BT stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
