We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Product Implementation Specialist) to drive end-to-end delivery of GRAVTY implementations for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will lead requirement discovery, solution design, and product configuration while coordinating closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with business objectives.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a fast-paced SaaS product environmentideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, structured problem-solving, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.

This role is responsible for driving successful end-to-end implementation of GRAVTY solutions across our enterprise clients. This role blends business analysis, product implementation, client consulting, and cross-functional coordination to deliver measurable business value and exceptional customer experiences.
