Job Description

Responsibilities and Requirements

Gather and document detailed requirements, epics, and user stories for B2B SAP Commerce solutions
Lead business analysis efforts for eCommerce implementations in both B2B and B2C environments
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, and design/UX teams to understand and clarify requirements
Maintain functional documentation and ensure alignment with development teams
Possess hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar eCommerce platforms such as Magento, AEM, and Shopify
Oversee the end-to-end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem, including SAP ERP integration
Apply agile methodologies using tools like Jira and Confluence
Preferred: Industry exposure to B2B environments like steel trading and SAP ERP integration
