Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business operations, be comfortable working with data, and possess the ability to drive initiatives from problem identification to execution through structured analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into key business metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions
• Support execution of business initiatives by coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks and drive data-backed decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed institution
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of business metrics and operations
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, modelling)
• Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
• High attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
