Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Analyze large datasets to generate insights and support business decision-making using MS Excel & Power BI
Build and manage dashboards for revenue, occupancy, and operational performance of all centres
Lead centralized reporting across centres PAN India and track key KPIs (utilization, occupancy, profitability)
Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and feasibility studies for new and existing centres
Identify underperforming areas and recommend data-driven improvement actions
Standardize processes and develop SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
Work with CRM/ERP tools (Dynamics, Zoho, etc.) to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, Product) for seamless execution
Prepare BRDs, reports, and executive insights to support leadership decisions and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Pre-requisites of the Role
8–12 years of experience in Business/Data Analytics (preferably in coworking, real estate, or multi-location businesses)
Strong expertise in MS Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards, automation) and Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboarding)
Proven experience working closely with Founders and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with SQL, ERP systems, Zoho, or similar CRM tools
Exposure to AI tools (such as ChatGPT, automation tools, or data-driven AI platforms) and their application in analytics and business processes (preferred)
Background in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or edtech (preferred)
Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, and business insights
