Responsibilities

- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company's product and its features.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with product configuration, basic scripting, and database management (SQL).

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in adapting the product to meet specific client needs.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.

- Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and risks.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry in which the product is used, which helps in aligning the product features with industry-specific needs.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint.

• - Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
