About the Role
Shopeeglobal is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can turn business data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
You'll work across sales, products, categories, pricing, margins, marketing and operations to identify what's performing, what isn't, and where the business should focus.
What You'll Do
• Analyse sales, revenue, product & category performance
• Track margins, pricing, discounts & profitability
• Identify high-performing and under-performing products/categories
• Analyse marketing, growth and e-commerce performance
• Identify business trends, gaps, leakages and opportunities
• Prepare MIS, dashboards and business reports
• Turn complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce Analytics
• Strong MS Excel skills — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards
• Strong understanding of sales, margins, profitability & commercial KPIs
• Good understanding of e-commerce metrics
• Strong PowerPoint & presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Mandatory to Have: SQL | Power BI/Tableau | E-commerce experience
