Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. LLM-powered workflows

• Design and ship LLM-powered workflows and agentic applications that solve real operational and analytical problems

2. KPI Governance & Metrics Ownership

• Take full ownership of core business metrics, defining, developing, and communicating critical KPIs directly to executive leadership.
• Step up to track performance indicators, transforming raw data points into actionable strategy adjustments to drive continuous business improvement.

3. Pipelines & Data Management

• Move fast to develop, optimize, and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and SQL to power data analytics with high velocity.
• Innovate by automating manual data flows and reporting structures to ensure 100% accurate, real-time business intelligence dashboards.

4. Predictive Analytics & Cross-Functional Synergy

• Maintain a strict consumer-first focus, utilizing modern analytics tools and technologies for trend prediction, sales forecasting, and deep consumer insights.
• Stretch existing operational capabilities to identify market anomalies, keeping the organization systematically ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate openly across all business units, supporting one another to drive data-boosted decision-making as one unified team to resourcefully maximize outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience :

• 1+ years in LLM/AI workflows
• 2+ years of experience as a business/data analyst
• Must have proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with the business stakeholders
• Having an analytical mindset. A knack for analyzing data with a solid foundation in math and statistics.
• A strong aptitude for leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decisions
• Preferably BTech from a top tier engineering college
