Senior Business Analyst

Summary:
This role is critical in bridging business objectives with technical execution, particularly within AI and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that project requirements are accurately captured, clearly documented, and effectively translated into actionable solutions. Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through effective stakeholder engagement
  
• Draft proposals and develop detailed solution designs to address business challenges
  
• Prepare comprehensive SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) and FRD (Functional Requirements Documents)
  
• Create user stories, use cases, and process workflows to guide development efforts
  
• Develop wireframes and visual representations to support solution design
  
• Apply Agile methodologies to support iterative planning and delivery
  
• Translate complex business needs into precise functional and technical specifications
  
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to scope and define AI/ML features and capabilities

• Experience in writing proposals and detailing technical solutions
  
• Proficiency in creating SRS and FRD documents with clear, structured content

• Demonstrated ability to convert business needs into functional specifications
  
• Excellent analytical thinking and documentation capabilities
  
• Foundational understanding of AI projects, data workflows, and high-level machine learning concepts
  
• Experience working collaboratively with technical teams on AI/ML feature scoping and implementation
  
• 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field
