ROLE SUMMARY
The role of Sr. Business Analyst is to support the project management team in the development and execution of the product vision and strategy. To work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, to help bring products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities that can inform product development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the pain points and gather insights on user needs.
Roadmap Development
• Contributing to the prioritization of features and enhancements based on Business Stakeholder feedback.
• Help gather and document product requirements and user stories
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Engineering Team to ensure that product specifications are well understood and implemented effectively.
User Experience (UX) Testing
• Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to gather insights about the product's usability and effectiveness.
• Analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to
refining product features.
Performance Analysis
• Assist in tracking product performance metrics and analysing user engagement data to evaluate product success and inform future iterations.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Documentation and Communication
• Help maintain product documentation, including specifications, competitive analysis, and user guides
• Communicate product updates and changes to team members and stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Nature of Experience:
• 5-8 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis, preferably within the fintech sector.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and agile methodologies is a
plus.
Skill Sets required:
Working Location- Trivandrum, Kerala.
