Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analayst and Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Client Delivery. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth coordination of operational activities, and project documentation. As a key contributor within the Program Management Office (PMO), the ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - What You'll Need to Succeed in This Role:
PMO & Program Management Support : Assist with project tracking, updating dashboards, and maintaining documentation related to revenue operations initiatives and cross- functional programs. Support end-to-end tracking of strategic initiatives across revenue operations. Maintain and update project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and dashboards. Coordinating cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations
Business Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support preparation of quarterly business reviews (QBRs), MBRs, and performance dashboards. Consolidate and validate input from multiple stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy. Maintain high standards of confidentiality and discretion.
Stakeholder management: Draft executive communications, presentations, and internal announcements. Facilitate information flow across departments to ensure alignment. Build strong working relationships across leadership teams.
Data Reporting Support: Consolidate and manage reporting inputs for business reviews, operational updates, and performance metrics using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and internal dashboards.
Confidentiality Discretion: Handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Executive Support: Prepare executive briefings, board-ready presentations, and strategic documentation. Track follow-ups and ensure closure of action items from leadership meetings.
What Will Help You Thrive in This Role
Good to Have:
Prior experience in a PMO or operations environment.
Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
Exposure to B2B tech/SaaS businesses or global MNCs.
Understanding of project lifecycle or process documentation.
Exposure to B2B tech / SaaS organizations or global MNC environments.
Experience supporting board-level reporting.
Familiarity with OKRs, KPI frameworks, and performance management systems.
Certification in Project Management. (Preferred)
