Job Description :

Senior Business Analyst with strong Treasury and Markets domain expertise, responsible for delivering high‑quality technology solutions supporting critical Treasury trade booking and processing systems across global and regional businesses.

Domain & Product Expertise

• Strong understanding and hands‑on analysis experience across Treasury financial products, including:
• Money Market
• Fixed Income
• Foreign Exchange (FX)
• Derivatives
• Proven experience working in Markets / Treasury environments with exposure to trade booking, risk, and downstream processing

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior business stakeholders and project teams
• Lead business analysis, requirement finalization, solution design, and delivery across Treasury initiatives
• Interact extensively with:
• Trading Desks
• Business Managers
• Operations
• PCU
• Market Risk
• Finance and Operations teams
• Review business requirements, propose existing or alternative solutions, and translate gaps into functional requirements
• Present project status, risks, and delivery updates to senior Business and Technology leadership across global and regional governance committees
• Provide evaluative judgment in complex and unique situations, contributing to standards, strategies, and decision‑making across functional areas
• Analyze regional and country‑specific nuances to design solutions acceptable across global and regional teams
• Partner with Technology teams to ensure robust SDLC execution, minimal risk, and on‑time delivery
• Ensure new changes deliver expected functionality without impacting existing mission‑critical Treasury systems
• Be involved across the full project lifecycle, ensuring: New developments deliver intended functionality and Existing functionality remains unaffected, given the critical nature of Treasury trade booking systems
