As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product, Sales and Finance to improve operations health.
- Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data driven decisions.
- Define operations problems and identify right metrics, lead and lag indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in planning discussions & make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to drive desired business outcomes.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into digestible and actionable format
Skills And Expertise
- BE/B Tech/Degree in Math
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Work experience (5-6 years)
- Strong problem solving ability is a must for this role
- Proficiency with Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (Optional: R). Advanced SQL writing skills on large databases
- Ability to identify right metrics to track, expert at data visualization and presentation
