Business Analyst Housing Loan Processing & Disbursement
Experience Required: 9+ Years
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the existing application, using runtime application or oracle forms source code, and develop a thorough understanding of existing system and maintain complete knowledge to effectively defend and validate requirements with the customer.
- Take full ownership and control over requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business functionalities.
- Coordinate with the customer SME, clarify & confirm the understanding of business functionalities, identify & document the integration scenarios and business flows.
- Validate project deliverables against business requirements prior to Demo to ensure quality and alignment.
- Participate actively in requirement prioritization, grooming and clarifications. Handle defect briefings and Change Requests as needed.
- Engage with project teams and stakeholders to clarify functional and business queries.
- Monitor and ensure daily task progress, updates, comments, and blockers are accurately tracked.
- Consolidate and share daily progress updates, action items, and blockers/impediments with relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in House Loan Processing and Disbursement System.
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, and documentation.
- Proficient in validating business requirements against deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer handling skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple project streams.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.
