Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Business Analystwith 810 years of expertise in requirement gathering process analysis, stakeholder management, and solution documentation. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner between business teams, technical teams, and leadership to drive successful project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Lead detailedrequirement elicitation sessionswith business users and stakeholders.
- Documentbusiness requirements (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), and user stories.
- Analyze current and future business processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison betweenproduct owners, technical teams, business teams, and leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clarity in requirements.
Solution Design & Documentation
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to define optimal solutions.
- Createprocess flows, wireframes, prototypes, anduse cases.
- Ensure all requirements are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
Project Execution & Support
- Support development and QA teams during build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Participate inUAT planning, test case review, and defect management.
- Track project progress and provide updates to management.
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, backlog grooming, and prioritization activities.
- Support change management initiatives and impact assessments.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills
- 810 years of experience as aBusiness Analystin IT, software, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong experience inrequirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Hands-on experience withAgile (Scrum/Kanban)and/orWaterfallmethodologies.
- Knowledge of creatingBRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Workflow Diagrams.
- Strong understanding ofSDLC, system integrations, data flows, and APIs.
Tools / Technical Competencies
- Experience with tools such asJIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Ability to analyze data usingSQL/Excel(optional but preferred).
- Exposure to dashboards/BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
