Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong business acumen and a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, while ensuring smooth project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, PMs) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Develop user stories, process flows, and documentation for projects.
- Assist in project planning, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Support the Product/Project Manager in managing schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech mandatory).
- MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Product environments.
- Proven experience in project management or working closely with project managers.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 12 years of software development or software QA experience would be nice to have.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and wireframes.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and cloud-based solutions.
- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management (CBAP, PMP, etc.) will be an added advantage.
