Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for business units.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop detailed MIS reports, dashboards, and financial models.
- Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and ROI for business projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain) to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure financial control, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify business risks, improvement areas, and cost optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a Business or Financial Analyst (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or agrochemical sector).
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and MIS reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
