Education Qualifications:
B.Tech./B.E/MCA OR Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management
Prior Experience and Skills
Total work experience of at least 5 years with at least 2 years of accounts payable related
experience
Experience in areas such as UML, Project Management tools, Requirement Analysis and
Documentation, Visio, Release Planning and Management, Budgeting, Process Mapping and
Re-engineering,
Good understanding of the SDLC and different models like Agile & Waterfall.
Exposure working in Agile and knowledge of Agile Tools is a Plus.
Experience in Integrating multiple systems for Data exchange is a plus
Role and Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work with stakeholders ( clients and internal) to
gather and document AP solution requirements analyze current workflows, identify gaps,
and suggest improvements.
Functional Design and Documentation: Create BRDs, functional specs, and process
documents for AP use cases. Ensure solution design complies with accounting and tax
regulations.
Solution Validation and Testing: Support UAT to validate Accounts Payables functionalities.
Help identify, track, and resolve system issues or bugs. Perform site performance testing and
evaluation
Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between business, technical
teams, and vendors. Share regular updates and support training and adoption efforts.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze AP data to find inefficiencies and support decision-
making. Define and validate reports and KPIs like invoice aging or payment cycle time.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance: Monitor AP process performance and
recommend enhancements. Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and audit
requirements.
Facilitating functional walkthroughs for internal and external stakeholder for development
and QA teams and UAT signoff with stakeholders
Work closely with Product management Team for development of User stories, acceptance
criteria, release Plans and Product rollout.
Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to
monitor the performance of applications.
Assist with standards, technologies and practices for both business-to-business and
business-to-consumer e-commerce models
