Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Data

Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights, define requirements, and optimize business processes.

• Key Responsibilities
• - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboa rds, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other business documentation.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams.
• Support UAT activities and ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Drive data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to Data Analytics and BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and large datasets handling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
• Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management.
• Experience in BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories.
