Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Create high-quality product documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and easy to understand for technical and non-technical teams
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with clients and internal teams
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are correctly implemented
  • Maintain traceability of requirements and manage changes effectively

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong expertise in product documentation and requirement writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must-have)
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and interact confidently with stakeholders
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar documentation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
