We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management, documentation, and process-mapping capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, driving clarity across complex initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery across large-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex and large-scale initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Prepare high-quality documentation including:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)
- Process Flows, Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development and QA teams
- Support solution design, testing, UAT, and go-live activities
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and proactively recommend solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience using Confluence and JIRA for requirement management and tracking
- Proven expertise with VISIO or similar tools for:
- Process mapping
- Flow diagrams
- Business architecture diagrams
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communication
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or hybrid delivery models
- Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams
Good to Have
- Prior experience or domain knowledge in the Semiconductor industry
- Exposure to large enterprise systems, manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering-driven environments
- Experience working in global delivery or multi-vendor models
