About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Guidewire PolicyCenter expertise to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver insurance solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, and ensuring smooth collaboration within Agile teams for successful implementation of Guidewire applications.

Senior Business Analyst – Guidewire (PolicyCenter)
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
- Perform process analysis and identify improvement opportunities in insurance workflows.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined for development and testing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Guidewire solutions.
- Support UAT activities and requirement validation.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
- Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Billing center.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Sprint Planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
Desired Qualifications (Optional)
- Guidewire ACE Certification.
- Experience with ISO standards and compliance requirements in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of Guidewire implementation or enhancement projects.
- Exposure to insurance policy administration systems and regulatory processes.
