We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong FinTech domain expertise to work on complex, compliance-driven financial products. This role requires a BA who can independently lead requirement discussions, deeply understand transactional systems, and translate regulatory and business rules into clear, implementable requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in high-risk, high-accuracy environments, balancing security, compliance, and user experience, while collaborating closely with engineering, QA, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end requirement discovery with FinTech business, compliance, product, and client stakeholders, translating business and regulatory needs into clear, traceable BRDs/PRDs/user stories while proactively managing scope, risks, dependencies, and impacts.
- Analyze and document end-to-end FinTech workflows covering onboarding, KYC/AML, payments, transactions, risk, fraud, and compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards.
- Act as the primary bridge between clients, engineering, QA, and design to assess feasibility, ensure scalable and secure solutions, and proactively mitigate compliance, data integrity, and performance risks.
- Drive Agile delivery by leading ceremonies, planning releases, ensuring sprint-ready/testable user stories, collaborating with QA on validations, and supporting UAT through business sign-off.
- Support FinTech pre-sales and consulting engagements by understanding client business models, shaping solutions, defining scope and estimates, and clearly articulating value to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and associate BAs, review deliverables for quality and completeness, and drive best practices in requirements analysis and documentation.
Required FinTech Expertise:
- Strong understanding of: Payments (UPI, cards, wallets, payment gateways),Transaction lifecycles and reconciliation, KYC, AML, regulatory compliance, Risk, fraud, and audit processes
- Experience working with API-based and third-party integrations.
- Awareness of data security and compliance constraints.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
