We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with deep US Healthcare domain expertise to lead requirement analysis and solution definition for healthcare-focused digital products. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role where the BA is expected to independently drive conversations, question assumptions, identify gaps, and ensure regulatory and functional correctness. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to patient, provider, payer workflows, healthcare data exchange, and FHIR-based interoperability, along with the confidence to work directly with US healthcare stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end requirement discovery with providers, payers, HIEs, and internal teams, translating complex healthcare workflows into clear, traceable BRDs/PRDs, user stories, and signed-off specifications while proactively identifying gaps and dependencies.
- Analyze and document end-to-end patient, provider, and payer workflows while building HIPAA-compliant, interoperability-driven healthcare solutions using FHIR resources and HL7/CCDA standards.
- Serve as the central liaison between clients, engineering, QA, and design teams to assess feasibility, align technical solutions with healthcare workflows, and proactively mitigate risks around compliance, scalability, and data accuracy.
- Provide end-to-end healthcare pre-sales support by understanding client needs, shaping solutions, defining scope and estimates, and confidently presenting proposals to clients and leadership
- Lead and mentor junior BAs while ensuring high-quality deliverables by driving best practices in documentation, requirement analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Required Healthcare Expertise:
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including patients, providers, health plans (payers), Health Information Exchanges (HIE), and EHR/EMR systems.
- Hands-on experience with FHIR standards and a strong conceptual understanding of HL7 / CCDA interoperability frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare compliance

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
