Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying business needs and proposing effective solutions. This role involves analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives through technology and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyze and evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Work closely with IT, product, and development teams to implement solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
  • Support testing efforts, including writing test cases and participating in UAT
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Ensure project alignment with business goals and strategic objectives
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide strategic insight to leadership
